Winter skincare

Browse By

As cold days and winter come, our skin needs additional care. As we change our outfit, we must also take care of our skin. This means that with each season comes and special care. Every season has its advantages, but also defects. This is called a ‘seasonal skincare’. When it comes to winter, it becomes dry of the dry winter air and is prone to cracking capillaries from cold weather. Skincare routine is the most important in this case.

JOSIE MARAN 100 PERCENT PURE ARGAN OIL

In winter it is especially important to use moisturizers, daily and nightly (don’t forget the lips). This is because the skin loses its moisture barrier. From cleansers to exfoliants it’s important not to be used the same products as during the summer. It also depends on the type of skin. For example, if you have oily, cold weather may not “hurt” you so much.

CLEANSER

It is very important to use cleanser based on cream during the winter days. Change your gel cleanser with cream cleanser. Cream cleansers are always gentler on dry skin.

EXFOLIANT

Exfoliant is very important in winter. Chemical exfoliants are great choice for the cold days. Chemical exfoliant means using alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) to remove all dead cells.

SERUM

Serum is the main thing that must always be on your hand when it comes to cold days. During hot days it is not recommended, but now is more than recommended. It is moisturizing and anti-aging benefit for your skin when it’s cold outside. Serum contains concentration of active ingredients for your skin.

EYE CREAM

The skin around the eyes is especially gentle when it comes to cold days, which means that if you do not cherish that part, premature wrinkles occur.
